A few things,
made clear.

When do payments start?

Send your brief first. We confirm scope, delivery dates, the full price and a homepage preview. Once approved, pay the first month through Stripe before full development begins. The plan then renews monthly on the same billing date. There is no separate setup fee.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. Cancel in your billing portal or email support@northgrowthlab.com before the next renewal. No annual commitment or early-exit fee. Service continues through the paid period. Your domain and supplied content remain yours. We provide delivered site files and an export of your data with no export fee. Our reusable components remain ours, with a continuing licence for your delivered site. Hosting migration and third-party licence restrictions are agreed separately before checkout.

What counts as a small change?

Edits to existing text, images, forms or screens within your allowance. On Business Care and Business Plus, agreed improvements use this same time. New pages, integrations and features are quoted separately. Unused time carries into the next billing month only, up to double your monthly allowance; older time is used first. Defect fixes do not use this allowance.

What does Business Plus include?

One browser-based portal configured around a standard request-and-status workflow, with customer and staff roles and one supported integration. We confirm that your project fits and show the agreed workflow before checkout. Complex bespoke systems, ecommerce, native apps and marketplaces need a separate quote.

How quickly will you reply or launch?

Our first-response target is two business days for Website Care and one for Business Care or Business Plus. We confirm the next step and expected timing; a reply is not a promise to finish every request that day. Business days are Monday–Friday in Bangkok, excluding non-working days we communicate in advance. Your launch date is agreed in writing before payment, after checking scope, content, access and available capacity.

Do you work in my country?

We work remotely with businesses in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Canada. Choose your market above for local currency pricing. Our team works from Bangkok, with Australia and New Zealand as our main service markets. We also work with US and Canadian clients, with calls arranged at a mutually suitable time. Delivery and support are remote.
